Terms and Conditions for Downloading Complimentary Materials
Individuals (herein referred to as “users”) that download Health Begins with Confianza ™ materials and resources (herein referred to as “materials”), representing themselves or organizations, must agree to the following terms and conditions to obtain access to the materials:
- Health Begins with Confianza ™ materials are copyrighted, and no revisions to the downloaded Health Begins with Confianza ™are permitted. Materials must be used or distributed as-is; no modifications are permitted to any of the Health Begins with Confianza ™including the insertion and placement of organizational logos and/or separate use of the Health Begins with Confianza ™.
- No new materials may be created for distribution that include the Health Begins with Confianza ™, questions, or content. Health Begins with Confianza ™ is a service mark owned by The University of Texas at San Antonio, and unauthorized usage is prohibited.
- Users understand that use of these materials does not indicate Health Begins with Confianza ™ endorsement of user activities or programs.
- Users will adhere to the highest standards of professionalism in the use and distribution of the Health Begins with Confianza ™.
- Commercial use of materials or use of materials to facilitate any kind of sale is not authorized and materials must not appear on pages selling products or services.
- Health Begins with Confianza ™ materials are restricted to individuals and organizations registered with Health Begins with Confianza. Users agree not to share downloaded materials with another party for the purposes of further distribution.
- Users agree to notify Health Begins with Confianza ™ if they suspect inappropriate and/or unauthorized use of the materials.
- Users agree to hold Health Begins with Confianza ™ harmless for any liability to any person or organization stemming from the use of these materials.
- Health Begins with Confianza may revoke permission to utilize Health Begins with Confianza ™ material in its sole discretion.
- These terms and conditions may be modified by Health Begins with Confianza ™, and continued use of Health Begins with Confianza ™ materials will constitute agreement to such modifications.
